1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham RWD, beautiful rust-free Arizona car, 24,377 original miles, 5.7L/350 LT-1 V-8, auto trans, Cotillion White ext with Neutral Leather int, gold emblem package, painted pinstripes, factory AM/FM CD Cassette Stereo (Radio and CD Player both work, but I'm not sure about the cassette player), heated seats, cupholders in center console, 2 keyless entry remotes with 2 sets of keys, garage door opener, air-leveling pump and air shocks work perfect, factory brougham wheels with Vogue tires (tires have good tread but don't know how old they are), new window regulators installed in rear doors, new windshield wipers and new air filter. This car has a Rebuilt Title. CarFax shows this car was in an accident in June 2012 when it was 18 years old, so it was declared a total loss by the insurance company. The car was repaired after the accident, so a Rebuilt Arizona Title was issued. After looking the car over good, I believe the damage was in the rear driver's side quarter panel area - I can see where the rear driver's quarter panel has been repaired looking at the inside trunk, and paint work done on the rear panels and trunk. The rear bumper/rubber bumper strip look to be original. The car drives great, you can tell it has been babied and has low mileage - the steering is tight and the seats are still firm and like-new. Reason for Selling: I have too many cars and projects. Finish the following and you'll have a nice low-mileage Fleetwood Brougham to enjoy: 1) A/C needs charging. In May 2018, just before I bought the car, the oil was changed, new serpentine belt and battery were installed, and the a/c was charged. The a/c worked great blowing ice-cold when I bought it, but it isn't blowing cold now - the freon must have slowly leaked out during the winter. The a/c compressor looks to have been replaced at some point previous to me.2) The transmission fluid cooler hose near the radiator has a small leak - see pic.3) The pumpkin cover gasket on the rear differential has a small leak when parked - I have a new GM pumpkin cover gasket that goes with the car. The dash has two cracks about an inch long each from the center defrost vent - they are hard to see - see pic. There is a small scrape on the passenger side rear quarter panel - see pic. I have the owner's manual, the GM Factory Build Sheet, and the GM Service Manual. It really is a beautiful car, and will not take much in order to use it as a daily driver, or keep it in your collection to enjoy and drive on nice days! I will describe this beautiful car as best as i can to much to list. This 94 cadi brougham has a rare color of green gray metallic in great condition. the body has 0 rust shines as seen in pics and has very few small dents one on driver rear door the other pass. rear panel very small, can be popped out, the hood has very little chips due to road driving overall paint is 8.5 out of 10. The car is 100% functional everything works as should AC ice cold all windows work seats, radio, door lights, everything works u dont have to invest a penny if u want to keep it 100% original as it is. The vogue tires are new less than 1000 miles on them, gave it a full tune up ,oil change was done brand new brakes, this car is completely checked by my mechanic. As you can see i own 3 this is the best one out of my collection the reason im selling it is im opening a new business and need extra capital so im selling the best 1 out of my 3. The interior is in excellent condition no rips on the leather and dashboard has no cracks, this is really a fantastic car rides amazing as if came off lot. smooth quite and stable took it on highway put it up to 80 she took as it should. nothing rides like a cadi period. it only has 75468 miles ive seen these cars miles go to 300k so its not even broken in and as u can see on pics very very well taken care of. Done by S and S Coach which is known in the industry as a quality builder and this is the last Cadillac Fleetwood ambulance built. The owner wanted to do extra customization, so he contracted a local Indy car builder to take on the project. What has developed is a high top fiberglass conversion with steel framing. At that... point, funds were getting low and the project was put on hold. So, this project was left sitting in a indoor storage unit for years. The good news is you can take over and make this into whatever you can dream of! Ambulance, hearse, show wagon, surf wagon, movie car, endless possibilities as the floor is wood and the rear is open for any application. The mechanics are a 244 mile car. Tried and true 5.7L V8 known for their durability. I put a new fuel pump in along with pulling the gas tank and cleaning out the old gas. New ignition module, cap and rotor and a new battery. Runs and drives perfectly. Air condition needs freon as the compressor kicks in, but blows semi cold. Power accessories work fine. Drives straight and smooth. Body is just like new, no accidents or damage and clear, clean title. Rear fiberglass door has some cracks above the window. Includes a Super Chief new old school chrome siren ($2,200.00 new), new light bar, new siren, extra strobe lights and various other ambulance accessories.
